Our lunch buffet table is set up with many different raw vegetables and thinly sliced raw meats to choose from. Our guests typically choose various ingredients and assemble them in a large bowl. This bowl is then passed onto our Mongolian Chef who adds the sauce and spices tossing it around on our grill till cooked. He then transfers it onto a clean dish which is then served back to our guest. This buffet allows our guests to create a “stir-fry” dish to their own liking.
